AKRATIC WIZARDRY:
A blog wherein I scribble about role-playing games (Mythras, Against the Darkmaster, Dungeons & Dragons [esp. old school], Swords & Wizardry, Into the Unknown, Middle-earth Role-playing, Lord of the Rings Role-playing, Adventures in Middle-Earth, Crypts & Things, Call of Cthulhu, etc.) and RPG settings (Middle-earth, Cthulhu Mythos, Greyhawk, Lyonesse, Ukrasia, etc.).
I also write about fantasy and science-fiction films, novels, art, TV shows, and the like.
(But this news reminded me of something minor that nonetheless annoyed me about the remastered version of C&T: my nom de plume is misspelt on the first page. It’s "Akrasia" not "Araskia"!)
I'm weirdly reminded of a gag in one of the old Samurai Cat stories that was parodying Robert E. Howard's tendency to use confusingly similar names for minor characters over multiple stories. The Cat winds up going on a mission with Almurik, Alamric, Al-Muriq, Amalric, Al Murick (he's from New Jersey), etc.
