About Me
- Akrasia
- I'm a Canadian political philosopher who lives primarily in Toronto but teaches in Milwaukee (sometimes in person, sometimes online).
My favorite part is the branch with "What do you think of Gygax"? And the "Who?" answer leads you straight to D&D4. Hah! Love it.
ReplyDeleteI am still annoyed that it counts Alternity as a 3e derivative, when Altenity is a point based system that 3e/d20 borrowed heavily from. BRP should also be on it, I agree.
ReplyDeleteI guess they figured Call of Cthulhu would count?
ReplyDeleteIt got warhammer completely wrong...
ReplyDeleteYeah I'm angry about Warhammer too. Otherwise it's neat.
ReplyDeleteLawl.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. I love these charts!
ReplyDelete"It got warhammer completely wrong..."
ReplyDeleteGiven that one cannot even purchase WFRP at 'Warhammer shops', I would have to agree.
"I guess they figured Call of Cthulhu would count?"
ReplyDeletePerhaps. But the chart included 'Champions', 'Fantasy Hero', and 'HERO', so it seems only sporting that they would include both 'BRP' and 'Call of Cthulhu'...
Still a fun flowchart, though. :D
